BROKER INFO/APPLICATION
In the past Enhance Mortgage did not actively court brokers; we dealt directly with the note holders. With a recent expansion of our in-house portfolio of liens, Enhance is actively seeking to purchase seller-financed real estate loans from individuals and brokers.
Enhance Mortgage wants to work with you. Below is a list of requirements necessary to offer a quote.
QUOTE REQUIREMENTS
- Only purchase 1st and occasionally some 2nd liens
- Prefer notes originated in Texas, but will consider New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado & Arkansas
- Prefer credit scores above 650, but will quote all credit scores
- Notes must be secured by SFR, MH, Commercial, Land, or Ranches
- Prefer notes with a long pay history
- Purchase both current and delinquent liens
- We will price any loan secured by real estate

A broker package does not need to be executed until a price has been accepted and Enhance Mortgage begins processing/underwrite the file.
