INVESTOR INFORMATION

If you would like to be considered as an investor to price our in-house liens and/or new owner-financed real estate notes, Enhance Mortgage will need a copy of your driver’s license and your business license/corporate charter and fill out our Investor agreement.  The copies may be faxed to (806)748-8481.   After the approval process, Enhance Mortgage will provide a login and web access to begin quoting our real estate notes and contracts.

Please understand Enhance Mortgage is not interested in dealing with note finders, brokers, or middlemen as investors.  If you are a broker or note finder, please see the Broker Information/Application section located on this site.
