INVESTOR INFORMATION

Enhance Mortgage Corporation is seeking direct investors to sell over 500 in-house real estate liens.  In addition, we are also soliciting for new investors interested in quoting approximately 20-30 real estate notes or contracts on a daily basis.

If you would like to be considered as an investor to price our in-house liens and/or new owner-financed real estate notes, Enhance Mortgage will need a copy of your driver’s license and your business license/corporate charter and fill out our Investor agreement.  The copies may be faxed to (806)748-8481 or emailed to Amanda@EnhanceMtg.com.   After the approval process, Enhance Mortgage will provide a login and web access to begin quoting our real estate notes and contracts.
